Minnesota has such a strong Nordic Skiing Culture, yet there are so few opportunities for continuous Coaches Education, Nordic Networking, and Peer Feedback! After a successful trial Coaches Conference at Bearskin Lodge last spring, it became evident of the importance of bringing together Nordic Coaches from different parts of the state, who coach different abilities, different age groups, and all have different strategies, methods and goals.
